Daniele Amfitheatrof (San Pietroburgo, 1901 – Roma, 1983) è stato un direttore d'orchestra russo. Figlio dello scrittore Aleksandr Amfiteatrov, studiò a Praga e a Roma e fu direttore d'orchestra all'EIAR poi negli USA. Fu inoltre discreto compositore di colonne sonore. Suo fratello, Massimo Amfiteatrof, fu violoncellista d'eccezione.

A well-respected conductor and composer, who arrived in the US in 1937 and became a citizen in 1944. His education included studies with Wladimir Tscherbachev, Otto Respighi, and Jaroslav Krichka in the Conservatory and Pontifical Academy of Sacred Music of Vatican in Rome.
