Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima (Arabic: طنجة - تطوان - الحسيمة, romanized: ṭanja - tiṭwān - al-ḥusayma) is the northernmost of the twelve regions of Morocco. It covers an area of 15,090 km 2 and recorded a population of 3,556,729 in the 2014 Moroccan census. The capital of the region is Tangier.

Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceïma is sinds 2015 een regio in Marokko. De hoofdstad is Tanger. De regio ligt in het uiterste noorden van Marokko. In het westen ligt de Atlantische Oceaan en in het noorden de Straat van Gibraltar en de Middellandse Zee. In het noorden van de regio ligt de Spaanse exclave Ceuta.
