Biografia. Zach Roerig è nato a Montpelier, Ohio da Andrea e Daniel Roerig, ha una sorella minore, Emily, nata nel 1989. Si è diplomato alla Montpelier High School e in quel periodo giocava a football e praticava wrestling.
