Abdelkrim Bahloul, born in 1950 in Saïda, Algeria, studied at the National Conservatory of Dramatic Arts in Algiers, and later at the National Conservatory of Dramatic Art in Paris. In 1973, he obtained an MA in Modern Literature at the University of Paris. He then went on to study film at IDHEC.
Biography. Abdelkrim Bahloul was born in Algeria. He studied at the National Conservatory in Algiers (1968-71) and then moved to France, where he took a Masters Degree in Modern Literature at the University of Paris III and followed classes at the IDHEC film school (1972-75).
