Kelly Rebar (born 1956 in Lethbridge, Alberta) is a Canadian playwright and screenwriter, best known for the play and film Bordertown Café. Her first play, Chatters, was produced at Calgary's Factory Theatre West in 1974. She studied film at York University in Toronto, Ontario, graduating in 1978.
Bordertown Café is a 1991 Canadian drama film produced and directed by Norma Bailey and written by Kelly Rebar, based on her 1987 play of the same name. The film stars Janet Wright and Susan Hogan. Set in Alberta, Bordertown Café was filmed outside of Warren, Manitoba.
