Noise-Rock (engl. noise „Lärm“) ist eine Musikrichtung. Den wichtigsten Einfluss auf den Noise-Rock hatten The Velvet Underground und The Stooges. Zudem wurde die Szene inspiriert von Lou Reeds Album Metal Machine Music, Yoko Onos Fly und von den Arbeiten von Chrome der 1970er sowie der No-Wave-Szene der 1980er Jahre.
