Paul Hilaire Augusta Gheysens (Ieper, 5 november 1953) is een Belgisch projectontwikkelaar, ondernemer en voetbalbestuurder. Hij is CEO van vastgoedinvesteerder en bouwbedrijf Ghelamco en eigenaar van voetbalclub Royal Antwerp FC.
Paul Gheysens groeide op in een Iepers landbouwersgezin. Hij startte zijn carrière in de tuinaanleg maar al snel schakelde hij over naar de vastgoedsector. Hij begon als aannemer in de industriebouw voor agrarische projecten. In 1991 trok Gheysens als één der eersten naar Polen. In 2005 volgden Rusland en Oekraïne.
