Born and raised in Italy, Andrea Morricone is a composer and conductor known for his many film scores. With extensive experience in both, the conducting and composition fields, his portfolio includes all genres ranging from classical and contemporary to film scores and crossover songs.
Andrea Morricone (born 10 October 1964) is an Italian composer and conductor, known for his film scores. He is the third child, and second son, of late composer and Academy Award winner Ennio Morricone. He composed the film scores for the American films Capturing the Friedmans and Liberty Heights.

Andrea Morricone is a composer and conductor. Amongst his many compositions, one of his most famous is “The Love Theme” from Italian drama Nuovo Cinema Paradiso, whereon he collaborated with his father, Ennio Morricone, and for which they won a BAFTA Award.
