Kelsey Asbille Chow (born September 9, 1991) is an American actress. She has played Mikayla in the Disney XD sitcom Pair of Kings, and Monica Long in the Paramount Network western drama series Yellowstone. From 2005 to 2009, she had a recurring role as Gigi Silveri on the drama One Tree Hill.

She has acted in several movies and shows throughout her professional career and has been interested in theatre from a very young age. Her first acting experiences were from community theatre plays.
