Kevin Zegers (born September 19, 1984) is a Canadian actor and model. He is known for his roles as Josh Framm in the Air Bud film series , Toby Osbourne in Transamerica (2005), Damien Dalgaard in the CW teen drama Gossip Girl , and as rookie FBI Agent Brendon Acres on the ABC crime drama The Rookie: Feds .
