Chase Bartholomew Matthews è uno studente della PCA, nonché migliore amico di Zoey Brooks, della quale è segretamente innamorato, anche se, a detta di tutti, Zoey è l'unica della scuola a non sapere questo segreto.
Rendendosi conto della mancanza della ragazza, Chase confesserà il suo amore per Zoey agli amici Michael e Logan. Trama. Zoey ritorna alla PCA, dopo aver ascoltato per caso la confessione di Chase riguardo ai suoi sentimenti nei suoi confronti. Ma appena tornata, scopre che Chase ha lasciato a sua volta l'Accademia per raggiungere Zoey in Inghilterra, al Covington College.
