N.W.A (an abbreviation for Niggaz Wit Attitudes, eye dialect for Niggas With Attitudes) was an American hip hop group formed in Compton, California.
Gli N.W.A (acronimo di Niggaz Wit Attitudes) sono stati un gruppo musicale hip hop statunitense, ritenuti i pionieri del gangsta rap nonché uno dei gruppi più influenti durante gli anni ottanta. Il creatore, leader e produttore discografico del gruppo è stato Eric Lynn Wright, in arte Eazy-E.
American group, seminal purveyors of the gangsta rap sub-genre. NWA stands for "Niggaz Wit Attitudes". They were active from 1986 to 1991, and for a short period in 1999/2000. NWA released "Panic Zone / Dope Man / 8-Ball" in 1987 on Macola Records, which was later included on the compilation "N.W.A. And The Posse".
