Giovanni Battista Tommasi, né le 6 octobre 1731 à Crotone, en Calabre, Italie et mort à Catane en Sicile le 13 juin 1805, est le 73e grand maître de l'ordre souverain militaire jerosolymitain de Malte de 1803 à 1805, dit depuis 1961 ordre souverain militaire et hospitalier de Saint-Jean de Jérusalem, de Rhodes et de Malte .
Giovanni Battista Tommasi de Cortona (* 6. Oktober 1731 in Italien; † 13. Juni 1805 in Catania auf Sizilien, Italien) war vom 9. Februar 1803 bis zu seinem Tod (1805) der 73. Großmeister des Malteserordens. Tommasi war für 75 Jahre der letzte vom Papst anerkannte Großmeister des Ordens.
