Storie. / Giovanni Argiropulo (John Argyropoulos) (Costantinopoli 1415-1487 Roma) Letterato greco. Figlio di un Manuele, ebbe un’accurata formazione letteraria e filosofica. Partecipò al concilio di Ferrara – Firenze nella delegazione greca guidata dall’imperatore Giovanni VIII Paleologo (1438-39) e rientrò per breve tempo in patria.
