Charlotte Elizabeth Cavendish, Marchioness of Hartington, 6th Baroness Clifford (born Lady Charlotte Boyle; 27 October 1731 – 8 December 1754) was the daughter of Richard Boyle, 3rd Earl of Burlington and Lady Dorothy Savile.

Although the Cavendish family estates are centred in Derbyshire, they hold the titles of "Duke of Devonshire" and their subsidiary title of earldom of Devonshire (neither peerage is related to the ancient title of Earl of Devon). Lady Charlotte Elizabeth Boyle, was born 27 October 1731, the only surviving child and heir of Richard Boyle, Earl of Burlington and Cork and his wife, Lady Dorothy Savile. She was baptised 24 November 1731 at Chiswick, Middlesex.
