Entrez is a molecular biology database system that provides integrated access to nucleotide and protein sequence data, gene-centered and genomic mapping information, 3D structure data, PubMed MEDLINE, and more.
21 mag 2024 · The PubMed Citation Matcher API finds PubMed identifiers (PMIDs) for citation data in structured or raw form. The interface supports three retrieval methods: field - runs a fielded search using core bibliographic information, such as journal, date, or volume.
20 gen 2006 · A complete list of Entrez (PubMed) stopwords is given in the PubMed Guide. Punctuation in search terms is also typically ignored by Entrez and can cause certain strings to be missed. Enclosing problematic terms in quotes can help.
