Ciao Tinabanzai. La prenotazione sul sito ufficiale http://www.viazul.com è affidabile ; io non ho avuto problemi anche se sul forum sono apparse segnalazioni di disguidi che a Cuba possono sempre capitare e che in genere si risolvono.
