  1. This is a list of cultural heritage sites that have been damaged or destroyed accidentally, deliberately, or by a natural disaster, sorted by continent, then by country. Cultural heritage can be subdivided into two main types—tangible and intangible heritage.

  2. Entries in the list are threatened World Heritage Sites for the conservation of which major operations are required and for which "assistance has been requested". The list is intended to increase international awareness of the threats and to encourage counteractive measures.

These repeated attacks on Ukrainian cultural sites must stop.
