15 mag 2024 · What is Hohenbaden Castle (Altes Schloss)? With its roots stretching back to the 12th century, Hohenbaden Castle has survived one heck of a lot. Built around 1100 by Herman II, Margrave of Baden, the castle’s strategic viewpoint made it great for defence.
Hohenbaden Castle (at the time of its establishment Schloss Hohenbaden, now Old castle or Altes Schloss) in German Baden-Baden was the residence of the margraves of Baden for almost 400 years. The castle was built around 1100 by Herman II, Margrave of Baden (1074–1130) on the west flank of the Battert rock.
1 ago 2017 · Un vecchio castello in rovina che permette di godere di viste uniche e speciali su tutta la valle. Immerso nel verde, bisogna andare in macchina (a 5 min dal centro città) ma ne vale la pena. Foto spettacolari che ricordare per tutta la vita.
