Maria Feodorovna Nagaya (Russian: Мария Фёдоровна Нагая; c. 1553 – 1608) was a Russian tsaritsa and sixth (possibly eighth) uncanonical wife of Ivan the Terrible. Life. Maria married Ivan in 1581 and a year later, she gave birth to their son Dmitry.

Marfa Vasilyevna Sobakina ( Russian: Марфа Васильевна Собакина; 1552 – 13 November 1571) was the tsaritsa of Russia as the third wife of Ivan the Terrible, the tsar of all Russia, from October 1571 until her death the next month.
Maria Nagaya was a boyar’s daughter and the eighth wife of Ivan the Terrible. She married Ivan IV in September 1580 and gave birth to a son called Dmitry on 19 October 1582. Not long before he died in 1584, Ivan divorced Maria in order to marry Lady Mary Hastings, a lady-in-waiting to Queen Elizabeth of England.
