- Discover Brilliance
Millfield is a registered charity and is the largest co-educational boarding school in the UK with approximately 1,330 students, of whom over 990 are full boarders from 75 different countries. Millfield Development and the Millfield Foundation raise money to fund scholarships and bursaries.
There are 19 boarding houses situated on or within easy reach of the campus, with separate houses allocated for boys and girls. The standard of accommodation is high in all houses, and houses benefit from gardens and spaces for outdoor recreation.
Millfield is a full boarding school with over 250 international students from 75 different countries, and a further 250 British students whose home is abroad, amongst its 1330 student body. Over 990 students board 7 days a week at school and the remainder are day students who live within commuting distance to the school.
The boarding fee includes all of the above plus breakfast, three-course supper and laundry. Please note that fees in many other schools are not inclusive of all of the above and are charged as 'extras' on termly bills.
Millfield is the biggest co-ed boarding school in the country with a reputation as a major international sporting centre and the school has incredible facilities for virtually every sport.
