Askainen (Finnish: [ˈɑskɑi̯nen]; Swedish: Villnäs) is a former municipality of Finland. Together with Lemu, it was consolidated with Masku on January 1, 2009. It is located in southwestern part of the country in the Varsinais-Suomi region.
Askainen (in svedese Villnäs), è stato un comune finlandese di 938 abitanti, situato nella regione del Varsinais-Suomi. Il comune, che si trova a circa 30 km a nord di Turku, è stato soppresso nel 2009, per fondersi insieme al comune di Lemu in quello di Masku.

Askainen (ruots. Villnäs) on entinen Suomen kunta, joka nykyään on osa Maskua Varsinais-Suomen maakunnassa. Askaisten ja Lemun kunta liittyivät Maskuun 1. tammikuuta 2009. Uuden kunnan vaakunaksi valittiin aiempi Askaisten vaakuna. Naapurikunnat ennen kuntaliitosta olivat Lemu, Merimasku, Mynämäki, Taivassalo ja Velkua.
