La Basse-Saxe (en allemand : Niedersachsen /ˈniː.d ɐ.zak.sən/ écouter, en bas allemand : Neddersassen) est un Land allemand situé au nord-ouest du pays. Elle a été formée en 1946 par la jonction de quatre Länder et nommée par réminiscence à la Saxe haut-médiévale.
