Il castello di Oles'ko (in ucraino Олеський замок?, in polacco Zamek w Olesku) è un castello situato a Oles'ko, nel distretto di Zoločiv, nell'oblast' di Leopoli. Sorge ad una settantina di km circa ad ovest di Leopoli, la principale città dell'Ucraina occidentale nell'Ucraina occidentale.
Non lontano da Lviv (una settantina di kilometri) si trova il castello di Olesko, ben visibile sulla sommità di una collina poco distante dalla strada principale. Si tratta di una costruzione compatta, quasi un monoblocco, del XIII secolo, inizialmente destinato a compiti difensivi ed in seguito trasformato in residenza aristocratica.

Olesko Castle (Ukrainian: Олеський замок, Polish: Zamek w Olesku) is located within the borders of present-day Zolochiv Raion in Ukraine. The first historical records of the castle are in a document dated 1390, when Pope Boniface IX gave Olesko and Tustan to a Catholic bishop of Halych.
