Founded by Artists and Supporting Artists Since 1875. The Art Students League of New York has been instrumental in shaping America’s legacy in the fine arts. Many renowned artists have trained and taught at the League. Today, more than 2,500 students of all ages, backgrounds and skill levels, study at the League each month.
Our workshops meet in-person at The League's studios on 57th Street, and sometimes in locations around New York City. Taught by the same renowned instructors who teach our legendary monthly classes, The League's workshops allow students to devote a week, or even just a weekend, to a special topic or technique.
