These Are the Days (O-Town song) " These Are the Days " is a song by American boy band O-Town. It was written by David Frank, Steve Kipner, and Wayne Hector, and produced by Frank and Kipner for their second studio album O2 (2002). The song was released as the album's lead single and became a top 20 hit in Canada.
The formation of teen pop group O-Town was documented in 2000 by the MTV reality series Making the Band. Co-created by teen pop impresario Lou Pearlman, the former manager of Backstreet Boys and *NSYNC, Making the Band ensured that O-Town amassed a legion of fans before the group released a single.
