Randi’s position as sous chef in a restaurant owned by grads of the Stratford Chefs School later led to her enrolment in SCS, where she graduated with honours in 2012. Besides her roles as core Instructor of SCS and Program Manager, Randi is also co-chef with husband, Chef Mike Booth (SCS Class of 2006) at The Prune during Stratford's busy summer theatre season.
