Nude Tuesday follows a couple (Jackie van Beek & Damon Herriman), who in an effort to rekindle the spark in their troubled marriage, head to a three-day couples’ retreat run by a relationship and sexual healing guru (Jemaine Clement). Upon arrival, the path to their reconnection is met with hilarious and increasingly absurd farce.
At 100 minutes, it’s fair to say Nude Tuesday overstays its welcome a little — it’s quite slight, after all - and some of the jokes can be hit and miss. But it’s funny nonetheless.
11 giu 2022 · Nude Tuesday’s language is not one of them. It is lewd and crude, landing somewhere between a bad ABBA impression and backpackers at Oktoberfest. It’s as though an alien learnt Swedish entirely through Ikea’s most misjudged product names – and it is utterly delightful.

There’s nothing wrong with that, it just didn’t “come original” as the band 311 sings. Nude Tuesday screened at the 2022 Tribeca Film Festival.
