Gelukkig wordt er daarna meer rust genomen, waardoor het gebeuren wat meer te volgen is. Niet dat The Firm uitzonderlijk ingewikkeld is, maar je zult je aandacht er zeker in het begin vanwege de enorme vaart extra sterk bij moeten houden. Verder is de film een weinig opvallend one-man-against-big-man verhaal, maar wel met veel overgave verteld.
