I have ordered an All-City Gorilla Monsoon frame and plan to build more of a typical gravel bike than an adventure bike. For example, I plan to use a 2x crankset, and as much Shimano GRX parts as possible. What I didn't realise is that the Gorilla Monsoon uses a 73 mm threaded shell, which means that I can't use typical gravel cranksets.
The Gorilla Monsoon is fine, but it's just a generic big tired bike from QBP. Worth the $975 out of pocket. My Bombora arrives today. I've never ridden one, but I know a guy who likes his so much he bought two! check out path less pedaled on youtube, he would probably recommend the bombora.

The headtube is 1-1/8 straight so lighter disk brake fork options in the 15mm through axle are non-existent. But, if you're using it as a bikepacking/adventure bike, then the extra weight largely just blends in with the weight of gear and rider. I found the ride super stable on long, fully loaded gravel descents.
Gorilla Monsoon (DOOM & WSG) only it's melancholic and stranger. The acapella for this always felt much sadder than the original beat and ever since I started producing less than a year ago I wanted to do something with it that'd match the way it made me feel for and finally managed to put smth together. hope somebody digs this.

Interesting. Thanks for the videos. I guess it's more of an all rounder than the gorilla monsoon which seems to favour gravel more.
