The annual Fettes College charity run is a whole-school fundraising event: members of the College and Prep School, staff and parents alike come together to run either 5k, 10k or a half-marathon. Each house chooses a charity to support and over £20,000 is raised annually.

Volunteering Day – giving back to the local community. On 3 May 300 students (Third, Fourth and Lower Sixth Forms) spent their day volunteering in the local community and also in areas across the school campus. Fettes College hosts volunteering days throughout the year, encouraging students to appreciate the importance of giving back.
