If you could not contact them to ask them to book flights for you, you should have done what you did: booked your own flights home and kept the receipts. Easyjet should now reimburse the full ...

And as of 7.30 this morning, easyjet are charging £606 one way for Luton to Palma Mallorca on 26th May!! A quick scan around shows most other main destinations on that day peaking at about (an also rediculous) £350 / £399, but £606, wow!

These are businesses that immediately issue a valid scheduled airline ticket in exchange for any payment.
4 ott 2013 · You will not pay any more but should get £13 per ticket back. You misunderstand. The cancellation fee only applies within 24 hours of booking. Afterthat the flight is non-refundable apart from tax. Basically, if you cancel within 24 hours, you get you fare back less £30, if after 24 hours, you'll only get the tax back.

However, if you have not cancelled and do not show up for the flight they don't come after you for any fees.
