As NIDA’s CEO since December 2019, Liz has led NIDA’s operations, strategic positioning and ensured NIDA continues to build on its world-renowned creative education while embracing opportunities of disruption.

Bursaries are paid on a fortnightly basis during the NIDA year, with the value of individual scholarships in 2023 ranging from $2,000 to $5,000 annually, depending on need, as well as the year and course of study. Scholarships are only available to students currently enrolled at NIDA in full-time accredited courses.

  5. NIDA welcomes applications from international students for enrolment in Bachelor of Fine Arts and Master of Fine Arts courses. International applicants are required to attend an audition or interview in Australia, although for non-Acting courses a video interview option may be available. Actor stream applicants will be asked to present a third piece, whereas Singing Actor stream applicants will be asked to present a song.
