If Evil Dead was glacially paced and set in snowy Wisconsin, with some awful narration from an old woman, it might start to resemble The Chill Factor. It would probably still be more fun than this though. This is a film that was apparently released in 1993 but feels like something from the early 80s. Did they just take a long time to release this?
