"Rampage: Capital Punishment" è sicuramente il più memorabile della trilogia dei "Rampage" (nonché uno dei migliori film dello stesso Boll), contiene alcune scene e dialoghi molto interessanti e la critica espressa nel primo film diviene qui più esplicita, senza però esserlo troppo come nel pur buono "Assalto a Wall Street".
