BAD MEAT is a horrible little film, a zero budget Canadian flick that seems to have aspirations to be the next Troma film. Certainly it's a waste of time for all but the most dedicated of B-movie veterans, as it's cheap looking, badly written, highly clichéd, and full of bad taste situations.

Der Film wurde 2008 von Rob Schmidt ( Wrong Turn , Alphabet Killer , Right to die ) fast fertig gedreht, doch dann platzte der Deal mit der Produktionsfirma und das Werk lag erst einmal auf Eis. Pünktlich zum Film4 FrightFestival 2011 in London konnte Bad Meat dann aber doch gezeigt werden. Regisseur Lulu Jarmen stellte den Film fertig.
