Wyatt Berry Stapp Earp (1848–1929) var en amerikansk sheriff, gambler og saloon-eier i Det ville vesten. Earp var blant annet sheriff i gruvebyen Tombstone i Arizona . Der ble han kjent med den alkoholiserte, halvkriminelle, og pokerspillende tannlegen Doc Holliday , som ble Earps beste venn til han døde av tuberkulose i 1887.
