Brief Synopsis. Frank Jacobs is the co-owner of the Middle o' America Motel and Petting Zoo, located plumb where the name says, in the geographical center of the USA. There's nothing else around it (except the USA), but that doesn't stop Frank from dreaming of making it big as a country-western singer and songwrite.
