Diana Cignoni is a German-American Film Director, Screen Writer and Actor. She worked on 600 shows of The Price is Right in Germany, before immigrating to America. Having been taught by Charlie Laughton (mentor to Al Pacino,) Mark Rydell and Martin Landau at The Actor’s Studio, Diana developed a unique voice.
Her second short film, “YATRA: The Journey,” garnered many accolades and had a successful participation in film festivals. The limited opportunities to hear authentic voices of South Asian women on stage, film, and TV empowered her to embrace Fringe again this year to produce and perform in Late Sunday Afternoon, Early Sunday Evening.
