Trench 11 becomes something of a surprise at this point, focusing on humanity's capacity for monstrosity rather than on some pitched battle against super-zombies. The film-makers do a nice job of conveying the claustrophobia and confusion going on far below the surface of the Earth. It's a terse and effective film. 5/10.
9 nov 2017 · Trench 11 still. Full of darkness and a claustrophobic setting, Trench 11 is not for the weak at heart. A compelling film, the only drawback that could drive some less than patient viewers away is the subtitles, which there are not a lot of, but we are talking about 2017 where most people’s attention span is that of a goldfish.

6 nov 2023 · Toch doet Trench 11 een verdienstelijke poging met dit concept en wordt er een verrassend kwalitatieve film afgeleverd. Verwacht zeker geen hoogstaand stukje film met diepere betekenissen of verrassende plottwists maar eerder anderhalf uur prima vermaak. De gore zit best goed met enkele ranzige scènes die perfect worden uitgevoerd.
