Directed by William Kaufman, and starring my new favorite human, Johnny Strong as a cop with personal demons and a death wish, out to find a missing friend, and solve a series of horrific murders, while waging a one man war against a group of highly skilled mercenaries. It should be a crime, for this movie to be so good.

William Kaufman’s slickest film in the technical sense and his most known cast so far is one of his worst films yet. It just isn’t well paced, starting without energy with tepid development and lukewarm drama into a tactical shootout that’s the first one by this amazing setpiecer that feels exhaustingly long.
