Wyatt Berry Stapp Earp ( 19. marts 1848 – 13. januar 1929) var en amerikansk sherif og saloon -ejer. Han er mest af alt kendt for sin deltagelse ved skudduellen ved O.K. Corral i 1881. Wyatt Earp er efter sin død blevet udødeliggjort i et væld af film. Han var i Don Rosas tegneserie fra 2006, sammen med sherif Bat Masterson og dommer Roy Bean.

Wyatt Earp was born in Monmouth, Illinois, on March 19, 1848. Wyatt Earp had an older half-brother, as well as a half-sister, who died at the age of ten-months. Nicholas Earp named his fourth son after his commanding officer during the Mexican-American War, Captain Wyatt Berry Stapp of the Illinois Mounted Volunteers.
Wyatt Berry Stapp Earp began his work in law enforcement in Kansas where he held the title of Assistant City Marshall. He also worked as a local constable in 1869 when his father, who held the job prior to him, became Justice of the Peace. Later that year, Wyatt Earp fell in love with Urilla Sutherland.
