Alberico Gentili ( Albericus Gentilis; 14. jaanuar 1552 – 18. juuni 1608) oli itaalia päritolu õigusteadlane, Oxfordi ülikooli esimene professor regius tsiviilõiguses ja üks esimesi, kes püüdis luua rahvusvahelise õiguse süsteemi. Gentili sündis Itaalias protestantlikus perekonnas ja pidi 1579. aastal seetõttu sealt lahkuma.
