Helen worked as a dyslexia assessor and specialist tutor and quickly took on the role of leading the large Learning Support team at Bournemouth and Poole College, supporting an eclectic mix of 16–18-year-olds, university, and mature students. Helen joined Marlborough College in November 2022 as SENDCO and Head of Academic Support.
