Whether you are the parent of a toddler looking at preschools, or you are a soon-to-be high school student doing your own research, I know that the admissions process in our fair city can be overwhelming, to say the least!

  5. Our Lower School (grades 1-3) is located in the Farber Building at 153 Pierrepont Street, one block from our main building. To apply to the first grade, a child must turn 6 by September 1 of the entry year. There are generally 80 students per grade from first grade onward. There are 4 classrooms per grade in grades 1-3.

In 1981, Saint Ann’s School was granted a charter by the Regents of the Education Department of the University of the State of New York, and on May 1, 1982, the School formally disaffiliated from the Church. The Crescent Athletic Club in 1906, newly completed. Several distinctive attributes of our School were clear from the very first year.
