Franz Kafka’s It’s a Wonderful Life --- 1993. This short manages to be absurd at one point, very sweet at another point and all put together into one short it's a very amusing win. Richard Grant plays Franz Kafka, who is in the middle of trying to start a novel. But due to writer's block he can seem to get past the first sentence.
