And the people may be attacked (especially by a vicious dog), but they don’t attack anyone. Ah, well. This is a lesser Mr. B.I.G. (Bert I. Gordon) film.

Gordon delivered a very disturbing and quite distinctive little science fiction tale, one that hung on the performance of John Hoyt and some really cool giant props, and while its script and effects had a few dodgy moments it was overall a lot of fun.
