Frances „Fanny“ Imlay (* 14.Mai 1794 in Le Havre; † 9. Oktober 1816 in Swansea), eigentlich Fanny Wollstonecraft, wegen ihrer inoffiziellen Adoption durch William Godwin gelegentlich auch Fanny Godwin genannt, war die außereheliche Tochter der britischen Schriftstellerin Mary Wollstonecraft und des amerikanischen Spekulanten Gilbert Imlay.
