The original West Kent College institution operated in Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Crowborough and Sevenoaks. The Tonbridge campus was redeveloped in the 2000s. Crowborough and Sevenoaks closed in 2006. It merged into K College in 2010.
The state-of-the-art campus offers students the benefit from new buildings, including a fantastic auditorium (media and arts centre) seating over 300 people, providing a flexible teaching and performing space for our Miskin music and Applied theatre students.
West Kent College is a further education college in Kent, England founded in 2014 as a result of the split of K College and run by Hadlow College Group. It has campuses in Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells.
13 set 2016 · Major plans for a new £30million technology centre in Tonbridge have been revealed by West Kent College. Initial groundwork on the facility has now begun and is expected to be complete in 2017, offering motor vehicle mechanics and engineering courses at its campus in Brook Street.
K College was formed in April 2010 by the merger of South Kent College with West Kent College. The college had campuses in Ashford, Dover, Folkestone, Tonbridge and Royal Tunbridge Wells and at one point had more than 25,000 students.
