Ike Clanton - Wikipedia. Joseph Isaac Clanton (c.1847 – June 1, 1887) was a member of a loose association of outlaws known as The Cowboys who clashed with lawmen Wyatt, Virgil and Morgan Earp as well as Doc Holliday.

2 feb 2023 · Brighton fired again, grazing Ike's leg, and Clanton fell from the horse. By the time the deputy reached him, Clanton was dead. Friends were brought over to identify the body, which was then wrapped in a piece of canvas, along with his guns, and buried somewhere on the Wilson ranch.
